Your payment card number, expiry date and CCV (security code) go directly to paypal and not to my website.
The only personal information stored on my website is the list of items ordered and what you input in the Delivery and Billing Address Details. I use this information solely for managing your order and will delete it from my website within 12 months of the order completion date.Paypal hold for me a list of payments I have received.
My web hosting provides a statistics feature that stores general information about numbers of visits to the various pages, and this information may include visitors' IP addresses, browser type and region. I do not make this information available to others unless required to do so for purposes related to matters such as fraud investigation.
My shop pages are designed to work with most devices and web browsers that support session cookies, and will be easier to use if the browser supports JavaScript, which is normally the case for web-connected devices.
Order Problems/Queries
If you have any query about ordering please contact me by phone or email. If your order is received with damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please let me know immediately and send me photos showing the problem. I will refund you or send a replacement for faulty items. In some cases I may ask you to return the faulty item first.

Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days of me receiving them. After completing an order you should receive one confirmation email from Paypal and another from me. I normally send you another email to confirm that the order has been despatched.
